Toronto CityFairview Mall is a major shopping centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Just under 1 million ft2, it is on the northeast corner of Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue. It is jointly owned by Cadillac Fairview (50% ownership) and Ivanhoe Cambridge (50% ownership). Both owners are two of Canada’s largest real estate property managers and developers. The mall is currently undergoing a major renovation.[1]Notable stores include: the first Canadian H&M, Rainbow Cinemas, Laura Secord, Baskin-Robbins and Laura.It is adjacent to the Parkway Forest, Henry Farm, Don Valley Village, and Seneca Hill neighbourhoods. The Peanut is immediately to the north, and Fairview Public Library is located just outside the mall.Cadillac Fairview also operates Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener, Ontario, often simply called ‘Fairview Mall’ by locals
